Recipe Ingredients:
- 790 grams (27.8 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 400 grams (14.1 oz) heavy cream
- 350 grams (12.3 oz) green grapes + grapes to decorate (optional)
For the Ganache:
- 150 grams (5.3 oz) semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 200 grams (7 oz) heavy cream
Instructions:
Prepare the Cream:
In a saucepan, add the sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream. Place over medium heat and stir constantly with until it thickens.
Once thickened, turn off the heat and let it cool completely.
Make the Ganache:
Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in the microwave, pausing every 30 seconds to stir and prevent burning.
After melting, add the heavy cream and stir until well combined. Set aside.
Assemble the Dessert:
In a glass dish, arrange the green grapes at the bottom.
Pour the cooled cream mixture over the grapes, spreading it evenly.
Top with the chocolate ganache, spreading it smoothly over the cream layer.
Refrigerate the dessert for 2 to 3 hours to allow it to set and firm up.
