How to Make Homemade cake with 4 ingredients

This sugar- and flour-free cake is light, moist, and pairs perfectly with tea. Perfect for breakfast, a snack, or dessert, it’s a healthy option for any time of the day. Recipe Ingredients:

  • 4 apples
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (like Royal)

Instructions:

First, peel the apples, remove the core and seeds, and cut them into small pieces. Then, place the pieces in a food processor or blender and blend until you achieve a smooth purée.

Next, add the eggs, cocoa powder, and baking powder. After that, blend again until the mixture is well combined and smooth.

Then, pour the batter into a greased glass baking dish. Preheat the oven to 356°F (180°C) and bake for approximately 45 minutes. Shortly after, perform the toothpick test: insert it into the center of the cake, and if it comes out clean, the cake is done.

Finally, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely before removing it from the dish. To finish, serve it with tea for a healthy and delicious snack. Enjoy.
