- 7 ounces of creamy requeijão (a Brazilian cheese spread) or 7 ounces (200 g) of cream cheese (as a substitute)
- 1 cup of chopped mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons of chopped Gorgonzola cheese (optional)
- ½ vegetable bouillon cube
Instructions:
Start by placing all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Then pour the mixture into a saucepan.
Then cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
Finally, remove from the heat and, if desired, serve with cooked spaghetti or noodles.
