Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • ¾ cup of walnuts or peanuts (80 grams)
  • ⅔ cup of water (150 ml)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds

Instructions:

First, place the oatmeal and nuts (or peanuts) in a blender or food processor.

Then, grind them well until you get a fine flour, and transfer this mixture to a bowl.

After that, mix the cocoa powder with the flour until they are evenly combined.

Next, add the vanilla sugar and stir again to distribute the sugar evenly.

Following this, incorporate the sesame seeds, mixing until everything is well blended. Set this mixture aside.

Afterward, mash the banana with a fork until it forms a purée and mix it into the dry ingredients, stirring until everything is well incorporated.

Gradually, pour the water into the mixture and keep stirring until you achieve a soft and consistent dough.

Next, take small portions of the dough and shape them into small balls.

Place the balls on a glass baking dish lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart and pressing gently to flatten them.

Finally, place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 356 °F (180 °C) and bake for approximately 30 minutes.

To finish, remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
