- 150 grams plain yogurt (5.3 oz)
- 25 grams shredded coconut (0.88 oz)
- 500 grams semolina (17.6 oz / 1.1 lbs)
- 16 grams baking powder (0.56 oz
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons apricot jam
Instructions:
First, in a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, shredded coconut, oil, yogurt, lemon zest, and apricot jam until you get a smooth batter.
Then, add the semolina and baking powder, stirring gently until all ingredients are well combined. Let the batter rest for about 5 minutes.
Next, lightly wet your hands with water to prevent sticking and shape small balls to the desired size.
After that, preheat the oven to 356 °F (180 °C). Grease a baking sheet and arrange the dough balls on it.
