- 1 cup of oil
- 1 kilogram of all-purpose flour (about 8 cups)
- 1 tablespoon of yeast
- salt to taste
Filling:
- 250 grams of ham (about 9 ounces)

Instructions:
First, using a container, combine the milk, yeast, oil, salt, and a bit of flour.
Then, gradually add more flour while mixing until the dough comes away from your hands.
Now, let the dough rest for about 15 minutes.
After that, let’s divide the dough and roll out one portion on a clean, dry surface.
Next, spread a layer of tomato sauce, cover with ham, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and oregano. Then, fold the edges of the dough and roll it up like a Swiss roll.
We will repeat this process with the other portion of the dough.
Finally, bake in a preheated oven at 356°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes.
