- 200ml of whipped cream mixture

Instructions:
First, combine the condensed milk, cream and powdered milk in a saucepan. Then mix well until smooth. Add the chocolate flakes and mix again.
Now pour the mixture into a tray and put it in the freezer for about 2 hours.
Then take the tray out of the freezer and cover it with the whipped cream mixture.
Then grate the chocolate bar and sprinkle it over the whipped cream mixture.
Finally, put it back in the freezer for about 4 hours, or until the tray is very cold.
