How to Make Lemon Cream Pie with Cookies

Irresistible lemon cream pie with cookies. This dessert is extremely tasty, refreshing and easy to make, pleasing everyone. What’s more, lemon is an excellent source of vitamin C. Recipe Ingredients:

2 cans of condensed milk
1 carton of cream
150ml lemon juice
100g butter
1 packet of biscuit/cracker
2 tablespoons chocolate powder
1 carton of whipped cream

Instructions:

Dough:

First, we’ll grind a packet of cornflour cookies in a blender to a flour consistency. Then transfer to a bowl and mix with 100g of melted butter and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder.

Then press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of the tin.

Then bake in a preheated oven at 356 °F or (180 °C) for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown. Now leave to cool completely.

Filling:

Using a blender, mix 1 carton of heavy cream, 2 cans of condensed milk and 150ml of lemon juice until the mixture is smooth, and the condensed milk has thickened.

Then pour the cream over the cold base and smooth it out with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

Topping:

First, beat 1 box of whipping cream in a mixer until stiff peaks form. Then, if desired, add a few drops of vanilla or lemon essence to intensify the flavor.
