How to Make Nest Milk Jam with 4 Ingredients

Recipe Ingredients:

⅓ cup of milk (100 ml)
2 ½ cups of sugar
2 ½ cups of powdered milk
1 heaping tablespoon of butter or margarine

Instructions:

First, put the milk, sugar, and butter in a saucepan.

Next, bring it to medium heat, stirring continuously until it starts to boil. Then, once it reaches the boiling point, gradually add the powdered milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.

After that, keep stirring until the mixture starts to pull away from the bottom of the pan and reaches a soft brigadeiro consistency.

Then, pour the mixture into a buttered or margarine-greased pan, and smooth the surface using a spatula.

Lastly, let it cool at room temperature, and then place it in the refrigerator for a few hours until it firms up.
