Recipe Ingredients:
- 4 packets of flavored gelatin in different colors and flavors
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz / 395g)
- 1 can table cream or heavy cream (13.4 oz / 380g)
- 1 packet unflavored gelatin
- 3/4 cup coconut milk (6.8 fl oz / 200ml)
Instructions:
First, prepare each flavor of gelatin using only half the amount of water recommended on the package. Then, pour the gelatin into glass dishes and refrigerate until firm.
Next, blend the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, coconut milk, and the unflavored gelatin (previously dissolved according to the instructions on the package) in a blender.
After that, pour the creamy mixture into a glass dish and gently spread the cubed gelatin on top. Then, refrigerate again until everything is set.
Finally, serve chilled.
