How to Make Pavé dessert
Pave dessert consists of layers of cookies, cream and icing, delicious and creamy. See below the list of all ingredients and required quantities. And then, a very complete preparation method with details of the recipe.
Recipe Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 can heavy cream
- 1 packet of cornflour cookies
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatine powder
- 1 box of washed and chopped strawberries
- 4 tablespoons chocolate powder
- 4 tablespoons water
Instructions:
First, using a bowl, combine the gelatine powder with water and heat in the microwave for about 15 seconds, until completely dissolved. Set aside.
Now, in a blender, mix the condensed milk, cream, milk and chocolate powder until you have a uniform mixture.
Then add the dissolved gelatine and blend again. Now, in an ovenproof dish, assemble a layer of cornstarch cookies, lightly moistened with milk.
Then spread half of the chocolate mixture on top. Now make another layer of cookies and cover with the rest of the cream.
Finally, decorate with chopped strawberries and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm.
It’s ready, now serve it cold or at room temperature.
