How to Make Filling For Cakes

Make this tasty and easy recipe for powdered milk icing for cakes today. Remember that we’re going to start by listing all the ingredients, so before you begin, sort out all the ingredients and then move on to the full recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 400 grams (14,1 oz) of heavy cream (2 small boxes)
  • 790 grams (27,86 oz) of sweetened condensed milk (2 boxes/cans)
  • 12 tablespoons of milk powder

Preparation:

Add half of the milk powder, the heavy cream, and the sweetened condensed milk to a saucepan. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Place the saucepan over medium heat, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.

Once thickened, remove from heat and add the remaining milk powder. Mix until the filling is smooth and homogeneous.

Transfer the filling to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap directly on the surface to prevent a skin from forming, let it cool and can be used as a filling for cakes.
