- 4 tablespoons of cornstarch (60 g | 2.1 oz)
- 250 g of shredded mozzarella cheese (8.8 oz)
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the egg, cornstarch, and shredded mozzarella. Mix well using a spoon or your hands until a thick, moldable dough forms.
Scoop out small portions of the mixture and shape into bite-sized balls. Arrange them on a baking sheet (no need to grease).
