- 1 cup of cornmeal (4.4 oz)

- 1/2 cup of plain yogurt (4.2 fl oz)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Instructions:
Using a bowl, combine the cornmeal, flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Set aside. Now in another bowl, beat the eggs and add the yogurt, mixing well.
Then add the dry ingredients to the egg and yogurt mixture. Then gradually add the melted butter and mix until you have a homogeneous dough.
