How to Make Restaurant-Style Baked Potato

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 3 or 4 big potato
  • 200 grams/7.05 oz  of ham (chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons of creamy cheese spread (like cream cheese or similar)
  • 200 grams/7.05 oz of mozzarella cheese (chopped)
  • Seasonings (to taste)

Instructions:

Begin by boiling the potatoes until they are tender (about 15 minutes). Then, remove them from the pot, place them in a bowl, and scoop out the potato flesh to create a hollow space for the filling.

Next, place the scooped-out potato flesh in a bowl, mash it to make mashed potatoes, and then add the chopped ham, mozzarella cheese, creamy cheese spread, and any other desired seasonings.

Mix all the ingredients well, add salt to taste, and then use this mixture as the filling for the hollowed-out potatoes.

Finally, sprinkle some additional cheese on top, place the stuffed potatoes in a preheated oven (180°C/356 °F), bake for about 10 minutes, remove from the oven, and they’re ready to serve.
