- 1.5 cups of grated Parmesan cheese (5.3 oz) – (150g)
- 1 cup of cream cheese (7 oz) – (200g)
- 2 cups of tapioca starch (10.6 oz) – (300g)
Instructions:
First, combine the tapioca gum, grated Parmesan cheese and cream cheese in a bowl.
Then mix well until you get a creamy consistency. At first, it may seem that the cream cheese isn’t enough, but as you stir, the tapioca will release liquid and everything will blend together.
Then, when the mixture is homogeneous, transfer it to a greased and floured pan. An 18 cm diameter pan is ideal for this.
Finally, place it in a preheated 200°C (392°F) oven for approximately 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Now be careful not to overbake, as this can cause the cake to become hard when it cools.
