- 8 tablespoons of cornstarch – 8 tablespoons is equivalent to 1/2 cup
- 1 bottle of coconut milk – Typically, a bottle is around 13.5 ounces
- 2 cans of heavy cream – Each can is typically 7.6 ounces
- Sweetened condensed milk to taste for drizzling
Instructions:
Using a saucepan, add the condensed milk and cornstarch, mixing well until the cornstarch is completely dissolved.
Then add the cream and coconut milk, stir well, add the milk and 100 grams of grated coconut.
Then cook over a low heat, stirring constantly, until it boils and thickens. Now cook for about 2 more minutes and remove from the heat.
