How to Make Soft cake

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of cooked tapioca
- 1 cup of cornmeal
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1/2 cup of milk or water
- 2 mashed bananas (preferably ripe)
Measurements:
- 1/2 cup – 1/2 cup (120 ml)
- 1 cup is – 1 cup (240 ml)
- 1 tablespoon – 1 tablespoon (approximately 15 ml)
Instructions:
First, break the egg into a bowl and beat until foamy. Then add the mashed banana, cornmeal, tapioca and baking powder.
Then mix everything together very well and gradually add the milk until you have a uniform dough. Now pour the batter into a center-hole pan that has been greased with margarine.
Then cover the pan with aluminum foil or a lid and place it directly on the stove over medium heat.
After 30 minutes, unmold the cake, place it in a pan and return to the heat for another 10 minutes.
Your cake is now ready to be enjoyed.
