How to Make No-Bake Chocolate Pudding

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of 50% or 70% chocolate
  • 2 cups of whole milk
  • 7 oz (200 grams) of heavy cream
  • 14 oz (395 grams) of condensed milk
  • 2 packets of unflavored gelatin (0.42 oz /12 grams)

Instructions:

First, gather all the ingredients and prepare the gelatin by hydrating and dissolving it according to the package instructions.

Next, place the dissolved gelatin in a blender, followed by the remaining ingredients.

Blend well until you get a very smooth mixture. Transfer the mixture to a greased mold and cover with plastic wrap.

Finally, refrigerate for about 2 to 3 hours (or until set), then remove from the mold and serve.
