How to Make Condensed Milk Cookies
You can learn how to make milk-free cookies without needing online cooking courses. And then, a very complete preparation method with details of the recipe.
Recipe ingredients:
- 2 cups (8.5 oz / 240 g) self-rising flour/wheat flour
- 1 cup (10.7 oz / 305 g) sweetened condensed milk
- Optional: zest of 1 lemon for a citrusy touch
- Note: The cup measurement used is 240 ml.
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and the sweetened condensed milk. If using lemon zest, add it in as well. Mix everything together until a soft, smooth dough forms.
Shape the dough into your preferred cookie forms — small balls, sticks, or classic rounds. Place them on a greased and floured baking tray, leaving a little space between each cookie.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Bake the cookies for about 20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
Remove from the oven, allow them to cool slightly, and enjoy!
Optionally, you can roll them in powdered sugar or dip them in melted chocolate for extra sweetness. 😋
