How to Make Wheat-Free Cake in a Blender

With quick prep and just minutes in the oven, you’ll have a delicious cake ready for any time. You don’t need cooking classes or costly meal delivery services to prepare something delicious at home. With a bit of planning and our detailed meal prep guide, you can create amazing dishes with confidence and ease.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 4 small eggs
  • 1 cup cornstarch (7 oz / 200ml)
  • 1 2/3 cups milk, at room temperature (13.5 fl oz / 400ml)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (1.35 fl oz / 40ml)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz / 395g)
  • 4 tablespoons sugar (optional, for a sweeter taste) (about 1.75 oz / 50g)
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

First, make sure that the eggs, milk, and butter are at room temperature to make mixing easier.

Then, grease a glass baking dish with butter and sprinkle it with cornstarch to prevent the cake from sticking.

Next, in a blender, add the eggs, milk, and melted butter.

After that, pour in the sweetened condensed milk, the cornstarch, and—if you like—a few tablespoons of sugar for a sweeter flavor.

Then, add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors and balance the sweetness.

Right after that, blend everything for about two minutes, until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Now, preheat the oven to 356 °F (180 °C).

Pour the batter into the previously greased glass baking dish.

Bake for about 55 minutes, or until the surface is golden and firm to the touch. Use the toothpick test: insert a toothpick into the center of the cake—if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.

Finally, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely before removing it from the dish.

To finish, cut into slices and serve. The cake will have a soft, creamy texture and a delicate flavor that everyone will love.

Helpful Tips

  • Egg size: Use small eggs for the ideal consistency.
  • Blending time: Blend for two full minutes to get a smooth, even batter.
  • Watch the oven: Keep an eye on baking time to avoid drying out the cake.
  • Perfect slices: Let the cake cool fully before removing it from the dish to get clean, firm pieces.
