How to Make White Chocolate Filling

Simple to make, requires 4 ingredients and has a good yield. See below the list of all ingredients and required quantities. And then, a very complete preparation method with details of the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 790 grams (27,8 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 400 grams (14,10 oz) heavy cream
  • 140 grams (4,9 oz) white chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons margarine

Instructions:

In a saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, margarine, and white chocolate. Mix well.

Place the saucepan over low heat. Cook until the mixture no longer sticks to the bottom of the pan. Turn off the heat.

Mix in the heavy cream, wait for the mixture to cool completely, and then refrigerate for about 2 hours before using. Use the filling in cakes, pies, or as desired.
