How to Make 3-Liter Ice Cream

- ½ liter of water
- 1 teaspoonful of emulsifier
- 1 carton of cream
- 1 carton of condensed milk

Instructions:
First, put the condensed milk, water, cream and Tang powder in a blender.
Then process for about 3 minutes to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then transfer the liquid to an ice cream container or similar, cover and place in the freezer for 3 hours.
After this period, remove from the freezer and pour the mixture into the mixer bowl.
Then add the emulsifier and beat vigorously until the mixture increases in volume and acquires a more aerated texture.
Finally, divide the mixture between two ice cream containers and put them in the freezer for at least 5 hours. Finally, keep the ice cream in the freezer and serve only when desired.
