Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 cups (400 ml/13.5 fl oz) of milk
- 2 packets of passion fruit flavored gelatin
- 395 grams/14 oz of condensed milk
- 200 grams/7.05 oz milk cream
Syrup:
- Pulp of 1 passion fruit
- ½ cup (100 ml/3.4 fl oz) of water
- ½ cup (100 ml/3.4 fl oz) of sugar
Instructions:
First, heat the milk until it’s nearly boiling, then turn off the heat and add the passion fruit gelatin. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved, and then transfer to a blender.
Next, add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until you have a smooth mixture. Pour this mixture into a greased mold.
Place the mold in the refrigerator for 3 hours or until it sets well.
Preparation of the Pudding Syrup:
Place all the syrup ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil, and let it cook for about 5 minutes. Finally, remove the pudding from the refrigerator, pour the syrup on top, and it’s ready to serve.
