How to Make Homemade fresh cheese with 3 ingredients

Recipe Ingredients:
- 8 ½ cups of milk (2 liters)
- 6 tablespoons of white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of salt
Instructions:
First, pour the milk into a large saucepan and bring it to a boil — keep an eye on it to prevent it from boiling over.
Then, once it starts boiling, add the vinegar and gently stir with a wooden spoon.
Next, turn off the heat, and you’ll notice the milk will begin to curdle.
After that, stir for another two to three minutes until the mixture is fully curdled.
Soon after, add the salt, mix well, and let it cool for about 20 minutes.
Following that, strain the mixture using a clean kitchen cloth to separate the whey from the solids.
If you prefer a softer cheese, don’t squeeze the cloth too tightly. However, for a firmer texture, twist the cloth well to remove as much whey as possible.
Then, transfer the remaining cheese curds to a glass dish, shape it with a spoon, cover it, and refrigerate for at least six hours.
Lastly, once chilled, unmold your homemade cheese, and it’s ready to enjoy.
Consume within three days.
Tip: for extra flavor, you can season your cheese with oregano, parsley, and/or green onions.
Important: use a cloth that is reserved solely for this purpose. Do not use it for other tasks or wash it with regular cleaning products.
