- 2 tablespoons of powdered milk
- 300 grams/10.5 oz of shredded coconut
- 300 grams/10.5 oz of milk chocolate
- 200 grams/7.05 oz of sweetened condensed milk
Instructions:
In a bowl, add all the ingredients except the milk chocolate, and mix well until you get a moldable dough.
Press the dough firmly to form a rectangular shape. Then, cut it into desired sizes and shapes.
Melt the milk chocolate completely in the microwave. Next, place the melted chocolate in a container and dip the bars into the melted chocolate.
Place all the truffles on a parchment paper, chill in the refrigerator until set, and then serve.
