How to Make Creamy Cheese Pie

First, line a spring form pan with parchment paper, ensuring it is approximately 8 inches (20 cm) in diameter to properly hold the batter. The paper should extend beyond the edges to prevent mess, as the batter will rise while baking. Lightly moistening the bottom of the pan helps secure the parchment paper and keep it in place.
Then, start preparing the dessert by mixing the cream cheese, sugar, and eggs in a bowl until achieving a smooth texture.
Next, add the flour and mix well. After that, incorporate the heavy cream, which should have 35% fat content to ensure the cheesecake’s creaminess and consistency.
Afterward, transfer the batter to a preheated oven at 392 °F (200 °C) and bake for 40 minutes.
Later, perform the toothpick test: when inserted into the desert, it should come out with a creamy consistency, but not liquid. If the top of the cheesecake browns too quickly at the beginning of baking, cover the pan with aluminum foil to prevent burning.
Finally, remove it from the oven and let it cool. Last but not least, allow the cheesecake to rest for five hours before serving.
