  • 1 ¼ cups of whole milk (300 ml)
  • 1 packet of unflavored gelatin (0.85 ounces or 24 grams)
  • 1.75 ounces of high-quality chocolate bar (50 grams)
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces or 395 grams)

  • 1 cup of powdered milk (7 heaping tablespoons)

TIP: Instead of the chocolate bar, you can use chocolate sprinkles or even chopped fruits!

Instructions:

First, hydrate the unflavored gelatin according to the package instructions and set it aside. Then, in a blender, blend the whole milk, condensed milk, heavy cream, and powdered milk for 2 minutes.

Finally, refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set. To finish, run a knife around the edges, remove it from the mold, and serve.
