How to Make Creamy Ninho Milk Popsicle

Try this creamy popsicle with just 3 ingredients! Simple, quick, and delicious—perfect for cooling off your day. See below the list of all ingredients and required quantities. And then, a very complete preparation method with details of the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons powdered milk (such as Ninho) (1.4 oz / 40g)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (13.9 oz / 395g)
  • 2 boxes of heavy cream, well chilled (leave in the freezer for 20 minutes before using) (7 oz / 200g each)

Instructions:

First, beat the heavy cream in a mixer on high speed for about 5 minutes until it becomes more voluminous.

Then, add the condensed milk and powdered milk, gently mixing to maintain the aerated texture.

After that, pour the mixture into molds or containers (you can also use small ice pop bags) and place them in the freezer for 2 hours. The result will be an incredibly creamy and delicious popsicle!

Tips for an Irresistible Popsicle:

  • For an extra touch, dip the popsicles in melted chocolate and sprinkle powdered milk on top.
  • If you want a truffle-style version, fill them with white brigadeiro or dulce de leche before freezing.
  • Adjust the amount of condensed milk to your taste to control the sweetness level.
