How to Make Chocolate Eclair Cake

Recipe Ingredients:
- 3 cups milk
- 1 (8 oz) container of whipped topping (COOL WHIP) thawed
- 2 sleeves graham cracker squares
- 2 (3.5 oz) package of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (16 oz) tub chocolate frosting
Instructions:
First, using a medium bowl, mix together the pudding mix, milk and Cool Whip. Then, using a 9 x 13 baking dish, place a single layer of graham cracker squares on the bottom. Then you may have to break them up a bit to get enough graham crackers to cover the bottom of the dish.
Then spread half of the pudding mixture on top of the graham crackers. Then place another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding mixture.
Now place the other half of the pudding mixture on top of the graham crackers. Then add a final layer of cookies.
Then cover the dish with cling film and put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes to an hour for the pudding to harden.
Then, when it’s ready, put the tube of chocolate icing in the microwave for about 15 seconds to soften it (remove the lid and foil before putting it in the microwave).
Then remove and stir the icing. It should then be easy to spread.
