Recipe Ingredients:
Chocolate Cream:
- 5.3 oz (150 grams) semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 7 oz (200 grams) heavy cream
- 14 oz (395 grams) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 cup (240 ml/8 fl oz) milk
White Cream:
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1.7 oz (50 ml) coconut milk
- 7 oz (200 grams) heavy cream
- 14 oz (395 grams) sweetened condensed milk
- 3.5 oz (100 grams) shredded coconut
- 1 cup (240 ml/8 fl oz) milk
Instructions:
Chocolate Cream:
In a blender, combine all ingredients except the semi-sweet chocolate. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring continuously until it thickens.
Remove from heat, add the chopped semi-sweet chocolate, and stir until it fully melts. Set aside.
White Cream:
In a blender, add the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, cornstarch, and milk. Blend until well combined.
Pour into a saucepan, add the shredded coconut and coconut milk, and cook over low heat while stirring until the cream thickens.
Assembling the Dessert:
Grease a mold with butter. Add the white cream as the first layer, followed by the chocolate cream.
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until the dessert is fully set.
Carefully remove the dessert from the mold, slice, and serve.
