How to Make Homemade Popsicle

Picole Easy and quick, just like the ice cream shop. See below the list of all ingredients and required quantities. And then, a very complete preparation method with details of the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 395 grams (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 250 ml/8.4 fl oz (1 cup) hot water
  • 4 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 1 liter (4 ¼ cups) milk
  • 2 sachets of gelatin flavor of your choice (50 grams/1.7 ounces each)

Instructions:

In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin powder in hot water, stirring well until fully dissolved.

In a blender, add the milk and sweetened condensed milk, and blend for 30 seconds.

While still blending, gradually add the powdered milk and gelatin mixture, and blend for another 30 seconds.

Pour the mixture into disposable cups placed inside a tray. Transfer to the freezer and freeze for about 4 hours.

Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each cup and return to the freezer for a few more hours.

Once fully frozen, peel off the disposable cups and enjoy your homemade popsicles!
