How to Make Easy Recipes

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of pre-cooked cornmeal flakes
  • 1 cup of water
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 diced tomato
  • ½ diced onion
  • ½ diced bell pepper

Preparation:

In a bowl, add the cornmeal flakes, water, and salt. Mix everything and let it rest for about 10 minutes.

After that, use a skillet to heat the olive oil and sauté the onion, tomato, and bell pepper until they become tender.

Then, add the hydrated cornmeal flakes to the skillet, mix well with the vegetables, and cover the skillet.

Now, let it cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, or until the couscous is firm.

Finally, adjust the salt (to taste) and you can serve.
