Instructions:

Next, mix until a uniform dough forms, adding more tapioca starch or flour if needed to prevent sticking. Fold in the baking powder, if using, and mix well.

Finally, place the cookies on a greased baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes or until they are lightly golden. Let them cool before serving.
