How to Make Homemade and Quick Snack

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 4 small russet potatoes
  • 1 ⅔ cups (13.5 fl oz / 400mL) milk
  • ¾ cup (3.5 oz / 100g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Seasonings to taste (black pepper, paprika, fine herbs)
  • Chopped parsley and green onions to taste

Instructions:

First, peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Place them in a glass dish.

Then, add the eggs, milk, and seasonings to the glass dish with the potatoes. Use an immersion blender to mix everything until you get a smooth and uniform texture.

Next, if you don’t have an immersion blender, put the ingredients directly into a blender and blend until well processed. After that, transfer the mixture to a glass dish.

Afterward, add the all-purpose flour and chopped parsley. Mix well until you get a smooth, pancake-like batter.

Soon after, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with some oil.

Finally, pour portions of the batter into the skillet, spreading carefully. Cook until golden brown on both sides, just like you would with pancakes.

If you’d like, add cheese as a filling before folding the batter.
