How to Make Homemade Chocolate Pie

• 350 grams of 70% cocoa chocolate
• 3 tablespoons of xylitol sweetener

Instructions:

First, gather the 3 ingredients from the list, then use a mixer to combine the 4 eggs and the xylitol sweetener.

Beat them well until the mixture becomes three times larger. Afterward, use the microwave (or a double boiler) to melt the chocolate completely.

Now, add the melted chocolate to the mixture, stir gradually, and transfer the mixture to a buttered pan dusted with cocoa powder.
