Recipe Ingredients:
- 3 cartons of heavy cream (7 oz each, 200 grams each)
- ¾ cup of boiling water (200 ml/6.7 fl oz)
- 2 packages of pineapple-flavored gelatin
- Shredded coconut for topping
Instructions:
In a blender, add ¾ cup of boiling water and the two packets of pineapple-flavored gelatin. Blend for 1 minute until fully dissolved.
Turn off the blender and add the 3 cartons of heavy cream. Blend again until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture into a glass dish and refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
Once chilled, remove from the fridge and sprinkle shredded coconut on top before serving.
