- 10.6 oz (300 grams) shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp powdered milk
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, and powdered milk. Mix thoroughly until a moldable dough forms.
Press the mixture into a rectangular shape, ensuring it’s tightly packed.
Slice the coconut mixture into bars or your desired shapes.
Melt the milk chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until fully melted and smooth.
Dip each coconut bar into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
