Start by melting the sugar until it reaches a golden caramel color. Then, spread it evenly in the small cups.

Next, place the whole milk, condensed milk, Ninho powdered milk, eggs, and melted semi-sweet chocolate in a blender. Blend until everything is well combined and smooth.
Assembly:

To finish, place the cups in a preheated oven at 356°F (180°C) in a water bath for approximately 40 minutes or until set.
