How to Make Oat Bread with Yogurt

  • 4 eggs (about 2 oz / 57g each)
  • 50g grated Parmesan cheese (1.8 oz)
  • 1 container of plain yogurt (6 oz / 170g)
  • 2 cups oat bran
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Instructions:

Preparing the Dough:

First, place the eggs, natural yogurt, and grated Parmesan cheese in a blender.
Then, add the two cups of oat bran and blend for about 3 minutes, until the mixture is smooth.

Adding the Baking Powder:

Next, add a tablespoon of baking powder to the dough.
After that, gently mix just enough to incorporate the baking powder without overmixing, so the dough remains light.

Baking the Bread:

Afterward, preheat the oven to 356 °F (180 °C).
Then, grease a loaf pan with butter and sprinkle some oat bran to prevent the bread from sticking.
Next, pour the dough into the pan, smoothing the surface with a spatula to make it even.

Finally, bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

To finish, let the bread cool slightly before removing it from the pan to prevent breaking.
