How to Make Passion Fruit Dessert

Dessert without gelatin and quick to make. See below the list of all ingredients and required quantities. And then, a very complete preparation method with details of the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 passion fruit
  • 1 packet of passion fruit flavored juice powder (0.88 oz / 25 grams)
  • 2 cups of powdered milk
  • 2 cups of ice-cold water

Instructions:

Start by removing the pulp from the passion fruit and refrigerate it to get it very cold.

In a blender, add the powdered milk, cold water, and half of the passion fruit drink mix.

Blend for about 2 to 3 minutes, then add the rest of the drink mix and blend for an additional minute until the mixture becomes thick and creamy.

Now, transfer the mixture to a glass dish, add the chilled passion fruit pulp, stir well, and optionally sprinkle a bit of powdered milk on top.

Finally, refrigerate the dessert if you prefer it colder, or serve immediately.
