- 790 grams (27,86 oz) of sweetened condensed milk
- 400 grams (14,1 oz) of heavy cream
- 12 tablespoons of milk powder
Instructions:
Add half of the milk powder, the heavy cream, and the sweetened condensed milk to a saucepan. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Place the saucepan over medium heat, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.Remove from heat and add the remaining milk powder. Mix until the filling is smooth and homogeneous.
Transfer the filling to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap directly on the surface to prevent a skin from forming, let it cool and can be used as a filling for cakes.
