Recipe Ingredients:
- 400 grams/14.10 oz of heavy cream (2 boxes of 200 grams each)
- 395 grams/13.93 oz of condensed milk (1 can/box)
- 1 packet of unflavored gelatin
- 5 tablespoons of water to hydrate the gelatin
- 1 + ½ cups of powdered milk
- Cocoa powder 50% cocoa to sprinkle (optional)
Instructions:
First, prepare the gelatin with water according to the package instructions and set it aside.After that, add condensed milk, heavy cream, and powdered milk to a blender.
Blend for about 1 minute until you get a creamy and homogeneous mixture. Add the prepared gelatin to the blender and blend a little more to mix everything.
Transfer the mixture to a glass dish and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until it sets.
Remove from the refrigerator and sprinkle cocoa powder 50% on top (optional). Finally, serve your easy and creamy dessert.
