Meal Prep: 3-Ingredient Dessert

Learn a Dessert Without Dairy and Without Gelatin. You don’t need cooking classes or costly meal delivery services to prepare something delicious at home.

Recipe ingredients:

  • 10 Oreo cookies (plus extra for decoration)
  • 2 tablespoons of butter (about 28 grams/0.98 oz), melted
  • 200 grams (7 oz) of heavy cream (or table cream)

Instructions:

First, separate all the cookies and remove the cream filling. Set the fillings aside.

Place the cookies (without filling) in a blender or food processor and blend until you get fine crumbs.

Next, add the melted butter to the cookie crumbs and mix until fully combined.

In a mixing bowl, add the heavy cream and the reserved cookie fillings. Use a hand mixer to beat until smooth and creamy.

In a glass dish, layer half of the crushed cookies, then pour in the cream mixture, and finish with the remaining cookie crumbs on top.

Finally, decorate with extra Oreo cookies if desired, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 2 hours or freeze for 1 hour before serving.

  • Tip: Chill the heavy cream in the freezer for at least 20 minutes beforehand to make it easier to whip.
