Recipe ingredients:

  • 3 whole eggs
  • 2 cups of milk (400 ml | 13.5 fl oz)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (395 g | 13.9 oz)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted margarine (about 60 g | 2.1 oz)
  • 1 cup sugar (200 g | 7 oz)
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour (360 g | 12.7 oz)

Instructions:

In a blender, combine the eggs, milk, sweetened condensed milk, margarine, and sugar. Blend well until smooth and creamy.

Add the flour and blend again until the batter is completely lump-free and uniform.

Note: This batter is thinner than a typical cake batter and does not need baking powder.

Pour the batter into a greased and floured round bundt pan.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 45 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Let it cool slightly before removing from the pan. Serve and enjoy!
