How to Make Creamy and tasty noodles

Pasta is perfect for quick meals, but creamy pasta is simply irresistible! After trying this easy and delicious recipe, I never wanted to make it any other way. See below the list of all ingredients and required quantities. And then, a very complete preparation method with details of the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 10.5 oz of chopped bacon – (300 g)
  • 1.75 oz of grated Parmesan cheese – (50 g)
  • 8.8 oz of pasta – (250 g)
  • Boiling water, enough to cook the pasta
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup (8 fl oz) of heavy cream
  • 3 large potatoes, cooked with salt
  • 3 tablespoons of cream cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Sliced mozzarella, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, to taste
  • 1 cup (8 fl oz) of the potato cooking water for blending in a blender

Instructions:

Preparing the Bacon and Sauce Base
First, in a medium-heat pan, add the chopped bacon and fry until crispy and golden. Then, add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing for a few more minutes. After that, remove from heat and set aside.

Making the Cream
Next, in a blender, combine the cooked potatoes and their cooking water. Blend for about 1 minute. Then, add the heavy cream, cream cheese, salt, black pepper, and grated Parmesan. Mix with a spoon until the cream is smooth.

Incorporating the Sauce
After that, pour the mixture into the pan with the sautéed bacon. Stir well to incorporate all the ingredients.

Cooking the Pasta
In another pot, boil water over medium heat and cook the pasta with salt until al dente. Once cooked, drain the water thoroughly.

Final Assembly
Finally, transfer the cooked pasta to the pan with the creamy bacon sauce, mixing well until everything is evenly combined. In a glass baking dish, spread the pasta evenly, top with sliced mozzarella and the reserved bacon. Sprinkle chopped parsley to taste.

Finishing Touch
Cover the pan and cook on low heat until the cheese is completely melted. Enjoy this amazing creamy pasta dish.
