- 14 oz (400 grams) heavy cream
- 9 oz (250 grams) chocolate (2 bars of semi-sweet chocolate and 1 bar of milk chocolate)
Instructions:
Chop the chocolate into smaller pieces and place it in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring well between each interval, until fully melted.
Using a wire whisk, mix the melted chocolate until smooth. Then, add the heavy cream and whisk again for about 2 minutes, until fully combined.
Transfer the chocolate mixture to a glass dish, cover it with plastic wrap, pressing it directly onto the surface of the mixture to avoid a skin forming.
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours. After that, your easy and quick dessert is ready to serve.
