Recipe Ingredients:
- ½ cup of water
- 395 grams (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 400 grams (14.1 oz) heavy cream
- 400 ml (13.5 oz) milk
- 2 unflavored gelatins (12 grams each, 0.42 oz each)
For the Caramel:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
Instructions:
Caramel:
Place the sugar in a saucepan and add the water. Stir everything together and cook over low heat, stirring until it turns into a caramel.
Pudding:
In a separate saucepan, add the gelatin and cold water, stirring well until the gelatin dissolves. Let it sit for about 4 minutes, then transfer it to a blender.
Now, add the remaining ingredients (sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and milk) to the blender, and blend until everything is well combined.
Pour the mixture into a glass dish and refrigerate for about 3 hours until it sets.
Finally, remove the pudding from the fridge and pour the caramel over the top.
Note: If the caramel hardens, simply heat it up again to melt it.
