- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 box instant lemon pudding

- 2 cups Powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp butter, unsalted and melted

Directions
We’ll start with the oven preheated to 350 degrees and grease a 9×13 baking pan.
Then mix together the pudding, cake mix, oil, water, vanilla, eggs and lemon zest and mix until combined.
Then spread evenly in the prepared tin and bake for about 30 to 35 minutes, or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
Now cool slightly on a wire rack.
Then, using a bowl, mix together the icing sugar, half the lemon juice, the lemon zest, the whipped cream and the butter. Then add more lemon juice until you get the desired thickness
Finally, pour the still-warm icing over the cake.
Before serving, leave to harden slightly.
