- 4 large apples (peeled and diced)
- 3 eggs
- 100g (3.5 oz) sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 100ml (3.4 fl oz) milk
- 80g (2.8 oz) vegetable oil
- 240g (8.5 oz) all-purpose flour/wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture becomes light and frothy.
Add the milk and oil to the egg mixture, mixing until smooth.
